Great stuff! Good way to give a little more structure to general PK skill/flow training.

This is a little off topic but, I just wanted to say that I think Ryan Ford is one of the best traceurs in America. Not strictly because of his skill level or his physical abilities (which are impressive, no doubt), but more so due to his complete dedication and commitment to the discipline. Whenever I watch his training videos they always inspire me and just make me want to go train RIGHT NOW! He gives so much to the community and clearly spends so much time thinking about Parkour on a deep and meaningful level.

So, thanks, Demon. For your impressive dedication to your own personal progress, but also the progress of the entire discipline. Great work.

Thanks Shkitzelbaugh! Knowing that these drills are helpful and inspiring to people is a big reason that I continue to do them. Thanks for the encouragement.

Not as fun by yourself (never done it with anyone else so i wouldn't know) but works just as well!

Great way to create better flow and technique.

So simple, but so perfect.  And another fun game to play besides PDQ.

Thanks for another awesome drill, Demon.
