How's your diet?
(off topic] What a coincidence Steve i was just reading your interview..... hows your knee man, hope its all well........was wondering, do you only do bodyweight workouts? i would love to get the iron cross, better yet a "simple" planche

]Anyways well lately since i sleep pretty late i haven't been eating all too well...
normally like 3 eggs in the morning with water/ or if not eggs then cereal and oatmeal, and of course my daily vitamin (fish oil,glucosamine, and flintstones lol)
- sometimes ill have a snack like mozzarella stick with a yogurt
- for lunch ill sometimes make a sandwich with lotsa turkey ham.... or just chicken
-dinner is mostly rice and chicken.... (love rice, that all mom cooks)
normally wen theres not much to eat ill throw some lettuce in a bowl with tuna and oil and vinegar
oh and sometimes a protein drink afterworkouts..... i feel like i'm wasting my powder because i don't have a good diet but they do taste good!
