Okay well I have been able to do backhand springs for ever it was pretty much my first trickbesides frontflip.  I don't do back handspings much because I can only do one and compared to my other tricks just one back handspring is lame.  What I want to know is how do I keep momentum going to do multiple bakhandsprings?

try working on the snap down.

start in a handstand and snap your legs down hard. If you practice this movement and then work it into your back handspring, it'll help a lot towards sustaining momentum.

sorry about a real lack of detail, I'm down to one arm at the moment so I can only remember how I did it instead of dissecting my movement.

Really important things are to keep your hands straight by your head the whole time, and you try and set back in that diagonal that you  are in every time you go back for the BHS. Don't undercut, be sure to reach back for every BHS to get the power from it. Hope that helps
