Yeah....I'm gonna do that. I'm on vacation at the lake for a few days....not much longer. A few more days so I won't really do anything but bike riding. I will be working out, stretching 5/7, and eating better. Right now the thing that is motivating me is trying to tie my shoes and failing.

EDIT: I've got my conditioning and stretching set up....but I can't figure out how many rest days I should help. Please help me by posting
