Everyone experiences these. It is when you loses motivation to train/condition/diet and stop. Then guilt builds up until you look in the mirror and say "I don't like that." Right now I'm going through this, but I want to start again but I'm gonna be at the lake. Then I'll have a hockey camp. (Wooo!!!!!!!) Then I plan to start again.

Unless you're actually hurt, FORCE yourself to do stuff.

I initially didn't like working out but now that I have been training a while it's second nature and I like it. It's probably because I have focused goals and achieving them is really great. Make up some goals for yourself and small steps; once you start achieving your goals it really helps your motivation to train harder.

Yeah....I'm gonna do that. I'm on vacation at the lake for a few days....not much longer. A few more days so I won't really do anything but bike riding. I will be working out, stretching 5/7, and eating better. Right now the thing that is motivating me is trying to tie my shoes and failing.  Sarcasm - Akh
EDIT: I've got my conditioning and stretching set up....but I can't figure out how many rest days I should help. Please help me by posting here.
