im a pretty big guy i weight about 250 and all the parkour videos i see are skinnier people so im wondering should i just wait till i drop some weight (lol) before i try any parkour of can i still try some basic stuff?

I'm still pretty chub-chub, but the movements get easier. TK17's on the chunkier side like I am, and he moves pretty well, too. Honestly, just start training and you'll lose some weight. Do the proper workouts (high-intensity), eat clean, and you'll lose, as well.
