QM, or Quadrupedal Movement, is simply moving around on all fours. Charles Moreland and I made a short video, seen below. This is an example of how dynamic and creative you can be with QM, and how you can do it in your own house.

here's some stuff you can do on rails from parkour generations..but as a side note, there's just so much you can do with qm, so don't limit yourself.

To join the Youtube bandwagon.. Res's video on QM is the best I've seen for the proper technique. Just ignore his "running" technique. No one likes that.
