this forum is for everyone to help everyone. if you know of a good spot to train in the springs post it and help someone out. so far most people i know of go to cottonwood creek park.

memorial park, keystone park up north, theres a park on 83 just before gleneagle thats decent

Memorial park is hardly what i would call a "good training spot"...

Its ok, u can do a decent amount of stuff but everything is VERY spread out.

I am still on the lookout for more densely populated spots.

Have you gone to Cottonwood before? I train there regulary. There are also some good spots around there churchs, schools, and stuff

I should check out cottonwood creek but thats the TOTAL opposite side of town for me.  I live near downtown.

and btw, i am highly against training on churches  Undecided
