Just saw on discovery channel a commercial for a what i assume is a new show called sport science. Not sure 100% if it involves parkour but in the commercial a guy did a wallflip. And even if it isn't involved with parkour it could still be a good watch to learn about athleticism.

It is very interesting tho. I've never seen any parkour or freerunning in it but whatev'.

There is a show called sports science and there is a freerunning segment on one of the episodes.

wow they really didnt explain freerunning well. and were did they get that high dive thing, ive never heard of that.,
