Hi,
My Goals: I want to look is like this (guy between the girls) http://img68.imageshack.us/img68/412/n5667576146511981419by1.jpg
This is how I look right now http://img71.imageshack.us/img71/8652/1001948df5.jpg
Get a muscle up, i can only do 9 pull ups=( still training for that.

I don't know if I need to put on more weight (currently i am 68kg, 18 years old) or to start losing my body fat% for my first goal ( that's my most important goal, i'm happy with my parkour and tricking at the moment, got most of the gaols i've achieved for those). How should I start training/eating for my main goal? I want to look good haha. Is there any info I need to give out so someone can help me to achieve this, I don't know where I need to start, I'm stupid and new, sorry.

Really your motives are based in aesthetics, which i disagree with Tongue

Lucky for you, I can tell by your pullup numbers and your physical appearance that you lack a certain degree of strength.

The good news is that you likely have a decent strength to body weight since you are satisfied with your tricking, which means that you have decent technique and strength to flip and twist, if I understand you correctly.

The bad news is that you are probably weak on absolute terms (compared to others).

Have you done heavy lifting in the "core lifts" before?  These "core lifts" include the Squat, Overhead Press, Bench Press, Deadlift and Clean/Power Clean or Snatch.

I suggest you get started on a core lifting program.  The one that I would personally recommend is this:
www.startingstrength.com

This would be the way to go for several reasons:
1) It will make you stronger in EVERY domain (pulling, pushing, parkour, tricking, jumping, etc)
2) It will elicit the hormonal response that you need to increase muscle mass and reduce BF%.
3) You will gain more confidence since this progression is rather fast, and you will be stronger than you imagine in no time.

There are several threads on Starting Strength in this forum.....for your convenience...
http://www.americanparkour.com/smf/index.php?topic=10781.0

You can also do a search for starting strength.

Buy the book. Look up videos on the form of the lifts mentioned there.  Hell, if you can, get a weightlifting coach to help you with form and just let him know you are doing a Starting Strength Linear Progression for Novices.  He may know what you're talking about - if not, you will know what that means after the book.  Get into it. You will see the results that you want to see.

Yes I know my motives are based on aesthetics at the moment, ahha, i know it's selfish, but i don't care!

oh, this is the one where i need to drink a gallon a day? wow. i love milk Cheesy ..hopefully doesn't make me puke. i'm moving to Germany in a month, i hope it's cheap there Embarrassed Embarrassed for a deadlift and these other things, does that mean i would need to use a gym? bah, i'm too poor for that, every penny i have goes to my bank right now for germany, and i'm a little bit intimidated by people that do go to gym too...  is there some kind of home made/ghetto sollution? or is it not that expensive to buy some weights myself? dumbbells aren't that much to buy, but looks like i need a bar and weights too for other things..  the guy in the pic doesn't do any weights, but if weights are the best way to go, i'll have to figure out something..

you don't have to use purely weights; a combination of bodyweight exercises (pushups, pull ups, lunges, jumping squats, etc. etc.) and weight lifting usually result in better gains for sport than just one or the other. I know you're interested in looking, fit, fine, and fresh, but if you train to get stronger and eat clean, then you will look better.

As for equipment, you might want to consider do it yourself projects (slam balls, adjustable dumbbells, sandbags), or look at more affordable tools, such as a sledgehammer (i'm not sure about price) or an ab wheel; these things are as cheap as 5 dollars, and with proper form, can be very effective.

take a look at www.rosstraining.com; solid articles, do it yourself projects, and training ideas.

also, i don't think you'll want to jump right away into drinking a whole gallon of milk a day; more milk, sure. but maybe not quite so much.

i wouldn't recommend the milk unless u want to put on mass -- and you want to increase stren/BW.  You can probably get away with a half gallon a day and see very good gains towards your goal.

If you dont want to go to a gym because you are uncomfortable, and because u don't know what you're doing (Which is nothing to be ashamed of...most people i see at the gym only THINK they know what they are doing..) then i would still recommend you get and read the books.

Instead of doing the program, though, i would recommend going through the tutorials from BeastSkills:

www.beastskills.com/tutorials.htm

Also, there are a lot of bodyweight progressions on GymnasticsBodies:

www.gymnasticsbodies.com

Both with help lose some fat and get stronger -- but personally, i beleive the fastest and easiest way to get strong and get bigger is SS.  Other than that, you're not using your time optimally -- thats just MY opinion though.

GymnasticsBodies and Beastskills are a great resource, i just don't think people should START with them - i believe they should start by getting stronger, but thats just me.

I will have a look at the book, but yea, gym may be a problem.

Sprint 400m, rest, sprint 400m, rest. Do that a bunch of times (start with 2 cause you'll die at first... work your way up to ~4-8 with 5-10 mins rest between each). Your "cardio" will go up fast.

And to elaborate...you should be going ALL OUT...as hard as you possibly can.

If you don't feel like puking, you're probably doing it wrong Tongue
