For those of you who are new to parkour or freerunning (like me), one thing that I really discovered that helps so much is flexibility. After stretching every day I've found it so much easier to do everything. I used to have trouble just touching my toes from really tight hamstrings, but now I have no problem. I try to do intensive stretching (at least as far as I can go without snapping anything

), but I found what really helps me is if I meditate and focus on my breathing while stretching. Eventually your muscles will loosen up. Don't forget to put a good amount of time towards stretching!!!
