This is our first video. My friend Brandon and I have been doing parkour for about 4 months and we made this video as sort of a treat for ourselves for all our hard work. This video means a lot to us because no one really believed in us or thought we were serious when we said we could do it. This is represents how far we've come, not only with parkour and freerunning, but as people as well. It may not be the best video ever created, but when we are older we can look back and say we did something with our lives. I hope it makes you smile, as it is meant to be a fun video.

very very talented for a 4 month video but some of it was really uncontrolled like the flip in the beginning but otherwise it was good

Where you guys in gymnastics or martial arts or anything already doing flips and such. Props on the double kongs, at four months. I have been training a little over a year and have never been successful on one. good job.

thats good for only four months, but keep working on technique. there were some bad landings and poor kongs that could be fixed with a little more work.    great job so far!

I'd bring the flips down... a lot. Work on technique, specifically landing them better. The flips look okay, but all of the landings were pretty dangerous. And a lot of them were reeeaaaallly high...

But not too shabby. Sorry I couldn't get you any of the footage in time. I haven't had time to look for it.

Where are you guys located? One place in that video is exactly like City Hall in Philadelphia.

It probably was. Brian was at the Philly jam, but he's from Maryland.

Ha, the flip in the beginning was recorded 2 years ago this august, long before we had any knowledge of parkour, or safety. Brandon ended up actually breaking his ankle when he landed. We put it in there for laughs more than showcase of skill.

Brandon has been "flipping" for more or less all his life.

Casey, we took a day trip to philly a few weeks ago. Some stuff from city hall, the art museum and the path near the river can be seen in the video. But Zac is right, we're just outside Baltimore, Maryland.

One of us is really reckless, one of us is not. Can you tell which is which? Smiley

You guys need to work on your landings.. Most of the flips looked really uncontrolled, and the height was just recklessness.. If you know what I mean?  Wink

Other than that, I like it, only four months? wow!!

Have fun, but train safe otherwise you might have some permanent damage.  Wink

I just wanted to point out the backflip ball kick at 3:19. That took how many shots to get perfectly? Tongue good job...
