I started to do the basics and have been doing it for about a year.  But while bike riding i got hit by a car and now my leg is broken and i am not able to do this amazing sport but i want to stay in shape for when i heal.  I figured out that i can do sit ups, pull ups, and push ups but i dont know how many i should be doing or if there are any other exercises i should be doing to stay in shape with out the use of legs and how many i should be doing a day.

You got most of what I would say. Possible pistons (one legged squats), though that might be a little risky because of it being quite hard to balance, maybe one legged QM? Personally I would just condition upper and core as much as you can, but don't over do it.

good time to work pushing/pulling and bodyweight techniques.

One legged *pistols* if you know how to do them, if not, you can do them on the edge of a wall.
