Most of them i figured out under their exercise list but some i just can't figure out, i figured maybe someone else was having this problem too.

Here is the WOD for 8-15-09

Warm-Up x 3: Run 1 lap, 10 ohs, 10 db pp, 10 pull-ups, 2 samson stretch

Workout; for time:
Row 500m/Run 1 lap + 1 up and back sprint/ 50 KB SDHP
DB QM up and back
Burpee x 10
Row 750m/Run 1 long lap/ KB SDHP x 75
DB QM up and back + 1 (3 passes)
Burpee x 15
Row 1000m/ 1 long lap + 1 short lap/ 50 KB sdhp + 50 KB swings
DB QM up and back x 2 (4 passes)
20 burpees

Now things that im confused on. or just checking.  10 db pp would be 10 dum bell push press' correct?
What is DB quadripedal movement?
50 kettlebell sdhp? sdhp? I don't have a kettlebell i just use dumbells if crossfit calls for it.

I think thats all for now, hope someone can help me out.

This should cover most of them (and many more):
http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/faq.html#General10

QM = quadrupedal movement.

Otherwise, I think that's it. If there's any you don't know then point them out, and I'll explain.
