Chasing down some guy who was running away from me jumping over benches and a few railings with a bunch of people walking around watching me give chase. (I do security at a mall) haha freerunning chase sequences in public while looking like a total badass that is epic

Well, I really feel impressed with how far I've come on my precision jumps. I've always thought that Precisions jumps were one of the most impressive techniques in Parkour, and I'm proud that I've come so far.
But I think that the most impressive single move that I did was at the gym. We had two 5 or 6 foot pads that were about 3 feet high put together, length wise. We were doing dive rolls over it, and huge kongs and stuff. So I went to do another kong, and halfway through I knew I was gonna biff. Outta of the blue I curled up and next thing I knew, I had done a huge superman front flip over it. I couldn't do it again when I actually tried, but everyone thought it was insane.

wasnt exactly free running but me and my friend were at school on this stage and it had rained so i though i could grind this rail with my normal shoes and when i hit it my feet just stuck and my whole uper body went forward and my 10 lb (exagerated) back pack wasnt helping and i went perpendicular to the ground but my momentum was caring my head forward and down and right before i hit the ground i got one of my legs under me and landed on one foot with my knee in my chest.

I'm updating mine. I think the coolest thing to come out of my training lately is the way I move when I'm NOT doing parkour. I sort of feel like I'm gliding around a lot of the time. I used to get this feeling back when I was doing martial arts, but not quite as much. As a result I don't make much noise, and even my friends and family have begun to notice that I'm really silent when I move. I've been accidentally sneaking up on them a lot recently. It kinda freaks them out a bit, lol.

i would have to say the most impressive thing i have ever done.... would be konging an 8ft long picnic table... or kashing an object up to my chest and about 3 or 4 feet long

I kashed my mom's car yesterday!
It was way easier than I thought.. I've probably had the ability to do that for months now, just didn't think to do so. It felt awesome, now I just have to smooth it out.

I was walking to class (outside) and there are alot of rails and like there is this like 7ft wall from one side and the other side is 4ft high....so i looked and there was a WHOLE bunch of people and i told my friend "i bet you 10 dollars that i can get to class before you do"(same class)...he said "your on" so i automatically did an underbar through these rails and just konged the wall on the 4ft side and then rolled out of the 7ft wall lol...everyone looked at me when i rolled out but hey....10 bucks richer
