my first kong I'll never forget, it was over a picnic table short ways ofcourse. I felt like a god
That just happened to me an hour ago!!!! I stopped trying and practiced monkeys for awhile and then i could do it a couple months later!!! That or my 11 second handstand would take the cake.

720 frontflip kong. Amateur stuff you know. Then I woke up. It would have to be one time I did a turn vault and then added a 360 but I meant to do a 180 so I'd land facing forward. Well, I landed backwards and fell but managed to use gymnastics classes for good use and managed to do a perfect backwards roll. I made the 360 look like on purpose. Most awesome moment ever. Lol.

wasn't really a trick or move, but i was working on some jump height drills on a small wall beside a bookstore near my apartment (walls like 5ft tall, just up to my neck). i was taking a few steps and jumping up with one foot and then jumping back down, a cop saw me doing this from the highway and came over to ask me what sport i played lol. i told him i do Parkour and explained what it is and what we do and the whole thing, he smiles and says "that was the most impressive thing i've seen in a long time" i kinda laughed and told him you should see what the really good guys can do then, they'll blow your mind lol. so long story short, a cop was impressed, he in turn tells his family, who hopefully in turn tell others, and hopefully that makes a few more tracuers lol.

I dont care what you're doing, it's the idiotic way that you're doing it.

It would have to be the time I was jumping through moving swings at the park and my foot got caught. I was about to fall face first when I instintively for some reason threw my body back. Kids surrounded me as I landed on my feet all ninja like. They asked "How did you do that!" and said "Looked like you tripped and where going to bite it!"
I had accidentially did a gainer off the swing while triping over it!
That was the first flip I had ever done in my life.

I actually think the most impressive (and this is relative..) thing I've done is just my reaction time in general. Many a potentially horrible drops for my cell phone have been saved by the quick reflexes.
One time I actually did an incredibly fast squat after my phone had slipped from my hand, just in time to catch it before it hit the ground. It all happened before I could consciously realize what was going on. It not only made me feel pretty sweet in general, but happy knowing my training really is paying off. (As if all the other signs weren't enough.)

Actually today.
A precision over a nice, very relaxing water fountain about 25ft high up. A little scary, but so nice and calming.

Coolest thing I did today- It was a torrentially rainy day, my gym was closed, and I was feeling incredibly guilty about being stuck indoors. Fortunately, the golfcourse in front of my house was abandoned and full of puddles. Running on the bikepath? Yes. Rolling practice? HECK YES! Wet, green, springy, muddiness. It was like sponge. It felt awesome.

landing a standing double full from height outside gave me a dopamine high that lasted for dayzzz but thats not really a parkour movement... oh DUH that stupid wallrun that i did and i found a lucky quarter from the 80's when i finally got up on that roof. it looks as if it had actually been there since the 80's.

there are no people on google earth, if they posted any pictures without the concent of you personally youd be able to file a pretty bitchin lawsuit.
