Everyone uses this term on a daily basis on these forums but what does qm mean?? Quadrupedal Movement?

Exactly. Quadrapedal Movement means using all four of your limbs in order to move yourself. I get a lot of Spider-Man comments when I'm using QM in my training.  QM is a great way to work out pretty much everything, including lower and upper body and your core.

I love doing QM, it works the whole body, improves coordination, sometimes you might look dumb but I don't care, it's great to me.

QM's should be one of the most fundamentals conditioning exercises of a traceurs training. They are just that good. Most times very good while you are recovering from injury as well.

I knew what quadrupedal movement was and i do train it every now and then but i just didnt know what the phrase QM represented

i usually go up the stairs in my house with QM. it makes it easier, faster, and beats wasting energy in your legs.
what i do makes me lose my breath like im running, but my legs don't* start to hurt. its good.
* edited the change. do's and dont's are very different.
