Hi guys
I'm 22 and looking to become more physically active.  Like I said in my intro post, I love obstacle courses and the minute I saw Parkour I knew I could motivate myself to do it.  I'm not in this to "become a ninja" or "learn sweet flips and stuff."  I'm more interested in actual Parkour than Free Running.

I have been in high school sports off and on, and earned a blackbelt in Taekwondo.  I've been inactive for a year, though, and at 5'10" and 170-ish pounds I am pushing the upper end of my "healthy weight."  I was hoping someone could suggest a healthy pace to set goals and work up to the APK warmup actually being a warmup and not a workout.  All suggestions appreciated.  Thanks!

Someone very similar to you just started a log.  I suggest you read it.  I gave my advice to him there, and i believe there is a lot of carry over.

First thing is first, though, what are your goals?  Just to improve the APK warmup?  You can do that by reading the log posted above.

Thanks for the link!  I will read through it and decide what my goals are.
