Busy both days man, sorry.

We met up yesterday for some light training, nothing too intense but did some skill work.

I will keep posting up when I am training, even if its just me messing around in a local park doing balance circuits...

Keep in mind that I have put most of my hardcore PK training on hold as I am building my strength base from the ground up, so I am only training PK skills for a couple of days a week at this point in time.
