Going around the forums... I havn't seen any topics focused on the Flag.

I imagine its relatively simple... but some explanation or tips maybe would be useful.

If you just keep on doing them, they will build up those specific muscles. That's what I'm doing, and after a week or two, I could already hold it longer...
