After stating up Fish Oil and Glucosamine my joints have never been better. I was hoping there might be some supplements that you guys know about to aid the general health of tendons.

None really. Megadosing vitamin C "kind of" helped my tendinosis but the effects weren't very noticeable and so far I haven't found anything better than proper care: sleep, diet, and proper exercise methods. It was also a lot of money for little to no effect.

Treat your body right and train smart and safe and you won't have to waste money on supplements to "fix" you.

Also heard some good stuff about Methylsulfonyl-methane (MSM).

There's a couple others but.. it's better to watch your training. Supplements are only just that. Be careful with your body.
