While the thread exists, i have a question.

I can do frontflips fine but when i try them from heights i end up over or under tucking.

That was fine the first time while learning but i dont want to flip of a bench and rotate onto my face haha.

Any tips for this?

Sadly the only way to get used to front flipping off of things is to. . .frontflip off of things. BUT that doesn't mean we can't make it safer. Find a local gymnastics gym and go to one of the open gym sessions and try it with mats, or use a mattress at home.

Im in the middle of Louisiana and there is nothing around here like a gym.

I think the lowest thing to try to flip off of would be a bench.

Its just once you over rotate once..you really dont wanna do that again lmao
