Measure your broad jump on flat ground. Start with your entire foot behind the line, jump as far as possible, measure the distance to whichever heel was closer to the start. Repeat 3 times and take the best measurement.

Steven Low - 09/2007 - 9'5"

I'm pretty sure I hit a 9'6" or 9'7" once but I can't find it in my log. Meh. I'm sooo irked that I can't jump right now cause of the knee. Sad

Last measured jump was before knee injury, at 8' 2''... Probably down now, but I'll try tonight!

Ozzi 6-17-08 9'3"

(There is a gap in my house that is 9'8" on the dot but I took a few off from the tip of my foot sticking out at take off and a few more from my heal sticking out as well at landing.)

It is funny I find that when I jump from and to something I jump much more than if I just jumped on flat ground.
