Wow... I heard a rumor that a project is in the works of getting a parkour club going at Auraria... I know a guy who says he's running around looking for sponserships and the like in order to A) practice parkour on campus and B) do so without worry about Auraria police... I've done some digging myself and almost everyone I've talked to is not only unfamiliar with it, but after hearing my explanation, believe it's dangerous and out-of-the-ordinary and shouldn't be done on-campus... I agree with the first two (let's face it, the first two are why we do it!) as for the third.... let's all hope it goes well and we won't have to worry about it....

By the way, if you guys want to put in your two cents on the Auraria Campus Parkour Club (I'm sure we'll think of a less lame name later), send an e-mail to derik88@msn.com and include 'parkour' in the subject title... We hope to hear from ya! I honestly believe that this could be huge for the parkour scene in Denver.... Let me know what you think...
