Same here brother. i even have the wall spin down, but for some odd reason I cant seem to push myself in order to do one on rails. Oddly enough I train on rails all the time and theyre my fav training ground grr! Do let me know if you hear any advice soon. WTF

It's the same movement bro. You just have to commit. Try it on the corner of a bench, making sure your hand is on the edge. Take some creative steps like that. Do progression on the rail. Start by turn vaulting to the other side. Try and get your head lower and lower. Once you are confident you have it, and you did the movement a few hundred times on a wall, then you gotta commit and trust your body.

Let me re-emphasize that part. "Once you are confident in your palm spin, and you've done it on a wall or ledge a few hundred times, then commit on the rail." Not before.

after following the above...
Tilt to the outside (take off side) spot your landign as you take off to keep you rotating in place. Lead with your shoulders.

So i go out to train today and after watching the new parkour generations video "movement" I decided that i simply had to do that rail spin. After about four trys and some confidence from my buddy i pulled it off fluidly and linked into other moves with it. That move feels so great to overcome! Grin
