Uh son 3rd page! PK: Jammed the spiral, did some good height wall-ups and some big drop to rolls and a huge kong from height to roll. Other random parkour throughout downtown. At class (KILLER) we did fatigue workouts for an hour and then we drilled skills at fatigue point. I drilled precisions and monkey plants. Did some handstand holds on rails. Then we stretched and played a game where you have to walk in a bridge and try to knock eachother down.  Nutrition: Buttered toast, turkey sandwich, pudding, 5 meat sandwich, bean n beef burrito, and ice cream. Random thoughts: So a lot of people dont drink milk right? I know i know research the forum which hey i do red a lot of, but WHY exactly is it that some people choose not to drink milk? I was thinking about cutting it out of my diet. But I know it's a good source of calcium which is why I drink it, but what would be good to put in place of that? Ha hopefully someone answers this?

Conditioning: 10x5 pushups, 15x2 18x1 3x1 pullup 25x2 situp
PK: some random pk, a couplekongs, wallup onto roof, precision, flagpoles.
Nutrition: Buttered toast 1 slice, granola bar, turkey sandwich, cheesits, pudding, half a chili dog, cheese tots, half a java chiller.

PK: Random pk, some assisted wallups, trying to find ways onto roof, good drop downs, ONE handstand pushup lmao, like 2 muscle-ups  um other random stuffs, balance and precisions. Nutrition: Cheerios Multi-Grain Cereal w/ milk, slice of cake, granola bar, beef n potato stew + dinner roll w/glass n a half of milk, 7 Oreos w/1/2 glass milk.

PK: Class. We umm warmed up, random pk outside and deadhangs. Then some qm. We drilled sticking precisions and kong to precisions. Then we drilled dive rolls, and frontflips. Then we did a splits stretching exercise. And the bridge war game real quick haha.
Nutrition: Turkey sandwich, cheesits, pudding, chili cheese dog, small Chocolate Xtreme Blizzard, 18 Wings.

I'm curious... is improving nutrition a goal of yours? Not to hate, but your diet is kind of...far from optimal  Would you like advice to perhaps improve this component of your training?

Hahaha, yes and yes. I know it is >.< It's kinda hard when you don't do the grocery shopping, ahha. but advice would be appricieated, I've been reading a lot of the threads about diet and stuff and still trying to understand what the best kind of goals to set would be.

Conditioning: 3 rounds of 10x1 pullup pushup 20x1 airsquat 5x1 Samson stretch, 5 rounds 5x pullup 10x1 pushup 15x1 airsquat (in 20 min), 5 pullups.
Nutrition: Turkey sandwich w/ glass of milk, cheesits, pudding, salsa n chips, 3 Oreos, Chicken chowder soup w/ glass of milk, ice cream.
Note: This is for yesterday. I made some changes slight but somewhat better a step in deit for today, ill post tonight.

Nutrition: 1/2 Kudos bar, turkey sandwich, mozzerella cheese stick, 6 Oreos, 'nother cheese stick, 3 Oreos, Ramen with broth cube subsitute, peas and cheese, brownie batter and 2 brownies.

Class: Did, a lot, freakin driled hanstands, did 2 person workouts, uhm qm rail hangs, percision circuits, HUGE rail precision i did, awesome lmao, ahhh effing um and rail squats circuits. probably more but too hungry too remember. >.<
Nutrition: 2 eggs and 2 slices Canadian bacon, banana and granola bar, w/ glass of milk and orange juice, turkey lettuce wrap, apple, string cheese, watermelon banana and raspberry smoothie, 3 Oreos, and going to go eat a plat of Spaghetti pie and probaly a cup of ice cream.
