CLASS: was fuggin epic lol. damn we pretty much worked out the whole time we did the crazy jumping for 10 min exercise kinda toned down, LOTS of QM varaitions, uhh 10 second drills on boxes and moving while waiting your turn still ahh haha, uhh some outdoor training balance on rails and cat balance scary haha. oh and slacklining gnarly haha. i prlly didnt even cover everything man it was schweet.

Nutrition: Banana, donut, turkey lettuce wrap, salsa n chips, reeses cup, banana, half a steak sandwich clam chowder and another donut.

Nutrition: cereal, prbably 6 or 7 slices of pizza, chocolate pudding, ice cream bar, thats about i think .

Parkour: jammed at Westminister Promenade. theres a fountain there thats sick for jamming, its such a good rhythym section. i found a few good lines practiced turn vaults, kongs, monkeys, palm spins, all kinds of friggen stuff. its a really fun spot. we did some other random parkour around the place aswell.

Nutrition: Cereal, turkey sandwich, banana, granola bar, cream of mushroom chicken, brownie.

General: Walked about 24 blocks.

Nutrition: Ham sandwich, 2 bananas, 2 mozzerela cheese sticks, Charbroiled chicken pesto panini, 6 Oreos.

Nutrition: 1 1/2 bagel with cream cheese, banana, apple, 2 porkchops, beans, cauliflower potato zuchini and onion mix. 3 cookies.

Conditioning: 35x1 15x1 pushup 50x1 situp

PK/FR: couple palm spins, tried to kong and double kong a picnic bench but wasnt succesful, front flip felt pretty good.

General: 10 min or so bike ride, dip in the pool

Nutrition: 2 eggs, banana, 4 donut holes, glass of milk, turkey sandwich, apple, chocolate bar, glass of milk, apple, 2 glasses of orange juice, 2 slices of pizza.

Conditioning: 50x1 sit up airsquat and swimmer, 30x1 20x1 pushup.

General: Tanning  Grin some swimming lol. dude i tried a friggen back tuck on the beach today. WASNT successful. i like suitcased. my knee hit like a vein on my arm it friggen hurt.
front flips good though!

Conditioning: 3 rounds of 15x1 pushup 20x1 airsquat. 1 and 2 step high knees, butt kickers and lunges drills. tried handstand pushups. messed around with some swimming, tried drills of swimming across pool with only arms, only legs, only 1 arm, only right side or left side of body. was pretty cool though.

General: Another 10 min or so bike ride.

Nutrition: Banana, cheese danish, turkey sandwich, apple, banana, 2 or 3 brownies, banana, ham, green beans and broccoli, ice cream sandwich.

FR class: Friggen bamf. Warm up. We ran this drill that was vaults, walking sideways handstands, walking handstands, broad jump rolls and cat balance. Then I got a LOT of help on my front flips feeling pretty confident with my form now then before.

General: Walked about 30 blocks or so. Ran a couple blocks too felt a pretty good pace.

PK: JAMMED ALL DAY. SEVEN HOURS. Jammed Dairy Queen, did a cool kong and precision. Went to the Spiral downtown, jammed along the way and did some cool kongs and stuffs. Jammed up the 16th street mall. Hit CAT FOUNTAIN for the first time in 4 MONTHS! Yes did alotta cats tac to cats etc. Went n did some precisions at the marble by Precision fountain. Epic day alltogeher  Grin

FR: Drilled front flips for a good while im sticking pretty well now. Drilled layouts and backtuck on tramp. Took the layouts off into the foam pit from 3 different heights, I feel good Grin OH i tried out a back full efing AWESOME, it feels CRAZY. Definatly gotta practice that ^_^ Uhh son. Did some fronts at Skyline and the Spiral.

Nutrition: 2 eggs, granola bar, glass of milk, chocolate dipped waffle cone, lots of water, 2 beef hotdogs w/ mustard n cheese, 6 oreos and a glass n a half of milk Cheesy

Ya dude that jam was one of the best I have had in such a long time, totally sick!!! But dude, did you actually do Front flips at cat ftn and the spiral!!?? I didn't see them, damn!!! I guess I was so caught up in my own shit or somethin' LOL!!! Grin

Ya man it was a sickkk jam. I did do a couple flips, not at Cat but off those white marble things. Pay attention beetch!! Haha jm.

Conditioning: 15x2 pullup 15x1 pushup 20x1 airsquat 5x1 Samson stretch

PK: Did some cat leaps with a decent distance and height, onto a fence so I had to contol my momentum (it was a sketchy wooden fence). I got handstand pushups down! I did 2 in one handstand I'm happy! ^_^ Ha yepp. I tried a wallup or more like a truckup cause it was up a truck but I only got one hand over. But fun!
