So here I am starting the official thread for Fort Collins Weekly Jam At CSU.
We meet in front of CSU Lory Student Center on the Parking Lot Side near the Bus Stop Depot.
We've been meeting at 1pm on Saturdays and usually leaving the starting area no later then quarter after.
This is an open jam for all who are interested, no matter the experience / skill level.
This is primarily a time to practice technique and is NOT a formal class; though we all seem to help each other and teach what we know to those seeking help

A new thing that I am going to start is the
"end-of-practice-conditioning". People have asked about if we have a conditioning Gauntlet set up or some set Day focused toward conditioning. This is my response to that desire. I personally don't have time to commit myself to another day of Parkour stuff, though I workout and/or practice on my own lots through the week. It's just never a set schedule. So, at about the last Half an Hour of time at our practices (usually between 2:30 - 3p, though it's never set) I'll do a small conditioning section, focusing on one area or a couple of areas of conditioning. Generally anything like a part of a Gauntlet-style workout, a crossfit style workout, running and aerobic workout, Strengthening, or whatever. This will generally be selected by what we haven't done recently and what the group desires to work on. If this is of interest to you please let me know. If no one shows interest after a couple weeks then we won't do this. I just figured it might help bring us all to the next level in our Parkour Journeys. Let me know
