You never cease to amaze me, I love how you're drills tend to focus on the "building blocks" of parkour.  I have just recently gotten my turn vault down pretty well, so it's nice to get some more pointers on it.  One thing I really want to figure out is the lazy turn vault, thats mainly something that will just take practise for me.  Anyway, thanks for another great drill Smiley.

the lazy turn vault is more when you are running along the wall instead of straight at it. so try going with the railing or wall and see how that works out. I think i have only done it a few times but you definitely have to be quick.

lol if it wasn't for this i would have just jump right over the wall and just kept going instead of catching myself........lol
