There really is no reason to even go on a roof, theres nothing you can do on a roof that you cant do on the ground.

Agreed.  The only thing a roof can help with is if you do a climb up to the roof and just get off it, but other than that, there really is no reason for roofs (if that's how you say roof plural lol)

I would be sad if this become entirely competitive... it would ruin the name and on top of that, everyone would become greedy, this wouldn't sit well w/ everyone who tries to show the purity and point of parkour not being just something to do but the way you live your life

Finally starting to really train in parkour, and I get a conditioning workout everyday from swimmin 4 - 6 miles a day Grin Grin I'm looking forward to actually starting to work on my parkour Grin

I try to train with my friend jeremy as much as possible, hes been training in parkour for about 9 or 10 months, i usually do the workout of the day everyday if that is conditioning??

I haven't been tucking, i'm trying to do a straight body backflip, should I try tucking first and then slowly extending my body as i get better?? I don't really look at the landing
