Something like that happens to me, except its my friends who say parkour is "easy" and then i challenge them to try it, and they THINK they did it right, but fail. miserably. If they do ask for advice, give it to them. if you can be the bigger man (or woman ) and do the right thing, then you can seem more experienced than you are. you also learn alot by teaching. They also will think more of you if you can teach them. you don't want to add another bad example of parkour to the representation of the community
yeah your situation seems much like mine thanks for the input...
But, to be a good traceur who takes care of his community, all you have to do is advice him. Remember, it's his choice. If he repeatedly refuses your advice, say 3 serious times, then you can stop. If he later on asks for your opinion on his "awesome moves", simply tell him the truth.

dose it ever piss any one else off when some one comes up to you and says they do parkour and have for a very long time and then when you go to train with them they are to blind to see that there technique is terrible and then when you try and tell them how to do it better they just get pissed off and come up to you a weak later asking why there knees and back are hurting.....
should i try to help them or just let them get hurt from there poor technique?

i go to Palmer high school and i cant find any one there to train parkour with and it is odd to train by my self down town... so i am asking to see if i can turn any one up this way?
