3/20/2010 Saturday:
Well for dinner that night we had chinese food. Not that great. I didn't work out again. I feel horrible for not. Anyways that's all I can remember.
3/21/2010 Sunday:
Didn't wake up until 10 am this morning. I need to get a regular sleep routine. I made a smoothie for my breakfast/lunch. A little later in the day I had a left over hamburger patty and tater tots, with some teryaki. For dinner we had some chicken, salad, and broccoli. I had some chicken and salad since I'm don't care for many veggies. I had Italian dressing and 3 pieces of chicken. I know I need to eat more veggies but I'm limited with what I like and don't. I also had a glass of tea sweetened with Splenda. I will be doing some push ups and sit ups tonight. I need more motivation.

3/19/2010 Friday:
Well I never got to work on my upper body or anything because I ran errands all day. I did have a turkey sandwich for lunch. While I was running around town doing errands I had another Lo Carb Monster and a Pacific Cooler Caprisun. For dinner we had homemade nachos. I had a small portion with some guacamole, sour cream, and some salsa. I had water to drink. After dinner I made myself a smoothie, with real sugar this time.

Well I didn't get up until 11 am. I feel kind of crappy. I am going to try to work on my upper body. I didn't eat breakfast obviously but for lunch I heated up a left over chicken breast from the other night. I had some ketchup with it. I'm going to be making a smoothie here shortly. Not sure whats for dinner but I hope it's not something like nachos, something a bit healthier. Oh and I'm having a Wild Cherry Caprisun right now.

3/18/2010 Thursday:
Well I didn't go to the zoo, do to the fact my sister just wanted to go with her son, my nephew. For lunch I had a chicken sandwich with tons of oregano again and also a Lo Carb Monster. Before dinner I went and practiced my climb ups. I didn't do very well so I need to work on upper body. For dinner we had pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, and peas. I had 2 slices of pork, a small portion of mashed potatoes and gravy, a big salad with Italian dressing, and a lot of peas with a glass of ice tea. After dinner I got sick and threw up. Not sure what it was from but it passed after I took some Pepto Bismol. *shrug* I had a Caprisun later that night, maybe 9 pm and that was it.
3/19/2010 Friday:
Got up around 9 am. I feel good but a little worn out from not sleeping so well and being sick last night. I stretched and my Mom and I went for our daily walk, which is 2.2 miles. My feet are hurting and I'm not sure why but I guess I should take it easy. I might work on my upper body later. I haven't ate anything yet, but I'll probably have a sandwich, a turkey one this time.
