So apparantly my workout logs got thrown away, which sucks cus we had some good ones recently. I suppose this means i shouldnt just amass scraps of paper with hastily scribbled workouts on them... But, I remember 2, However many rounds you want to do of: 10x goblet squats 15x "skullcrushers" Reverse QM up stairs and down the hall 5xpull-ups Qm back downstairs Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3pVLSjoJrgAnd yesterday was 3 rounds of: 20x kb swings 40yd sprint to bench 10x bench press @135# 40yd sprint 10x pull-ups 40yd sprint 10x bent rows @45# (each arm) 10x jump to bar then pull-up And Krav Maga tonight

Snowboarding yesterday. Got more fresh new stylin tricks
More boarding in store Filming today!
I de-tuned(for non-boarders means "filed down") my edges on tuesday. Which is helping with rails and jibs but ive lost a bit of edge control on our icey east coast snow, im getting used to it though.
My gym partner bailed on me, so i guess ill just have more energy to board...

So even though i was at the gym for 3 hours i was ridiculously energetic at soccer. We need some GD forwards who can score though; i had some gnarly thru-balls right to the strikers foot that didnt even get put on goal. So i basically just yelled in a scottish accent all game, i know its weird but its what i do when i play... Oh and we lost...bad...i was pissed. Because i played pretty well.

Rest day yesterday, had work.
Today Open Gym from 1-4 Worked on groundwork/low tumbling. always fun Drilled vaults. Added the arm circle to my kongs. I had never really realized i didn't use them until someone commented on that this weekend. Arm circles definitely make them feel more powerful, however it will take practice to unlearn the form i've been using for the past...well LONG time...and incorporate this with proper timing. Still not able to do back fulls yet...need help with those.

Great weekend in NJ/NYC Did WAYYY too many push ups...i dont like that game. Im VERY sore. Ankle is doing ok, just a little sore. It was nice that we had warm weather so i could wear the 5-fingers. SO cold after sundown though. It really was a great training session, i liked all the training ideas. And the NY crowd is just full of awesome people.
