So here's what's up:

Today..taught level 1 class, went over climb ups and cat leaps. Open gym, messed around, did some sweet precision fronts. Some gainers. Taught muhself reverse wallspin. Was awesome, landed quite few and it was epic! Then I tried some J-Steps for the first time in a couple months and they feel better than before which is good. So fun! Me ankle was hurting a bit. I switched out Vibrams for Feiyues today..probably shoulda worn my Darts for some more cushion. Or just stayed off of it all together. Haha.

Level 3 class didn't really happen cause it was only Cole and I. Keenan and I went down to Cat for a bit, I mostly worked on handstands, a couple good OHS attempts. A little bit of small striding, precisions, took it easy on the ankle. Did a couple okay backflips.

Nutrition
2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, banana, glass of milk, turkey sandwich, cheese-its, apple, 5 Bambino cheeseburgers... don't think I'm gonna eat dinner, don't have a whole lot at the moment that isn't going to combine with the burgers to make me feel terrible.  Roll Eyes Haha.

Lol wow if you tore your VFF's then Feiyues will be like.....something that tears easily....hahaha.

I've had mine for about 3 months, and the rubber is just starting to flatten down, but I don't do too many cat leaps or wall runs in them. The single big ones I have done were mostly the contributors to that. I remember one giant cat leap I did at Apex to a wall with grip tape, and my feet kinda slid and like a whole layer of rubber was left on the griptape lmao. They are mostly for balancing, vaults, precisions, striding, footwork etc. But still epic, and awesome.

Haha, alright.
Wow, really need more sleep. Starting to go nocturnal!

Today taught Level 1 class rolls, conditioning and landings. Good stuff. Level 3 class worked on team side rolls and Oleg exit move, and vault buttflips. Passed front flip and front handspring test, although had a handicap on the handspring (off of height..) Did triceps workout and calf workout which felt good on my ankle. Then abs workout 10-of 10. Stubbed my toe a bit trying sideflips...think I need to take it back to the trampoline. I had em actually sideways...then started rotating...now I can't land that either. Meh. Grr sideflips! Haha. Did a gainer n some websters. S'bout it!

Nutrition
2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, granola bar, milk, turkey sandwich, cheese-its, apple, 3 taquitos, chocolate raisins, chicken penne pasta, chocolate milk, rice krispie.

Well today was fun.

Assisted teaching combined Level 1 and 2 class, did fitness testing and obstacle courses. Level 3 worked on breakdancing, suuuuuuper fun. Learned six step, spider, lotus, Up-Rock (so much fun!) and a bunch of other stuff, then did timed mini battles. Epic!! Open gym was cool, just jumped around, did a couple gainers and a sideflip...mostly just breaking in my awesome new Vibrams that make me feel like a freakin' Na'vi Cheesy

Nutrition
2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, glass of milk, turkey sandwich, Cheese-its, Mounds bar, bean burrito, string cheese, glass of chocolate milk, box of mac n cheese, can of green beans, glass of milk and maybe another glass of chocolate milk as well

Also....got a 9'8" broad jump today...which hopefully means my ankle IS getting better. Still 7 inches under my PR... but good. It FEELS better, but still not 100 percent, and it will be a month on Sunday. It LOOKS kinda funky too..not exactly swollen, but kind've a lump, a hard lump. Mehh... I shall ask Ken about it on Saturday.

Just drill until it's second nature man. I tried a gainer outside, and I bailed, because I wasn't comfortable with it as I would've liked, I just went for it and it didn't work out. Im going to do them in the gym until its like breathing. Cheesy Hahaha.

Thanks buddy!

Today was fun stuff, had another little jam in boulder. Got this sweet kong to precision to scurry cat, where you have to get your feet higher then where the ledge ends. haha. fun stuff. Then a buncha huge precision, an EPIC crane that scared me but i did it! Some striding and k to p's and a broad jump to underbar on a tree that ripped my sweats hahahaha. Nice day

Jammed for about 5 or so hours, did some flips, first real backflips off of things onto cement(before in was like a 6 inch little curb thins, today i did it off of about one and two foot stairs, so progress! And a couple more curbs. Also Jake and I spotted this random girl on some backflips, that was fun!! Did some websters pretty nice. Attempted a gainer outside into sand but freaked out and kinda did a russian front flip type deal and landed on me bum. Scary! Ermmm yeah. Did a shimmy hang across a pretty long bridge about 15 feet or so above a river, it was freakin awesome! I attempted it about a month ago and wimped out, climbed up about halfway through, this time I did the whole thing! Mostly a grip test, cause it HURTS your hands. But it was awesome. And my muscle-up to get back up was really smooth! That was about it..

Nutrition
2 eggs, bagel w/cream cheese, glass of milk, double cheeseburger, fries, chocolate shake, some girl scout cookies, a bean burrito
