That's pretty sick man, I met Jamie and MacKenzie (the violinist) when they came to do their only NY concert in Brooklyn this year. He's a really down to Earth guy. What did he teach? lol
Geography XD Then he was the head of the tutoring department

Another old injury coming back to f#ck me in the ass.
Yesterday I was working on a film with a friend of mine. I ran and did a dive roll over him. And fucked something up pretty badly in my back. I'd strained my lower back before, when I learned running gainers, and it never really healed all the way. re injured it doing bench presses somehow, and that took a while. Just started feeling better and WHABAM here it is again, 10x worse than before. I was in agony all day today. It hurts sooooo badly.
DAMMIT!

I'm officially done with Burger king and Wendy's bulking, I can't take how its making me feel anymore. I feel shitty all the time. My face is horribly broken out, and I FEEL SHITTY all the time... in case my previous statement of such was unclear.
No more of that crap. I'm going back to eating cleanly, just trying to eat as much as possible. I understand I won't bulk at all... but... nothing's really happening now either so whatever.

Yeah. It's doing a great job at keeping me away from my homework. I'm kinda afraid that a lot of them are from one specific person [a girl] utilizing this as a tool to get to know me anonymously... D:

I am a vegetarian as well...by choice. For protein I eat a lot of nuts, seeds, and beans (and if anyone makes a joke about eating nuts I will back hand you through the intrahwebs! ). Decent in protein but they're generally considered a fat source. Protein bars are also very good, some have high fats "Fat" is not bad for you. You need it to live. The RIGHT fats can be quite healthy in the right doses, just like everything else. Foods high in TRANS fats aren't so great , but whatever, if your doing parkour, that doesn't really make a huge difference. Protein shakes are good (if you find one you like). I usually take a protein shake with me when I go work out or train and make sure its gone when Im done. Consuming protein during or directly after activity is the best way to increase muscle mass. No. Properly Stimulating your muscles to grow THEN giving them TONS of calories is the best way to increase muscle mass. Though you're partially right. You generally get the most use of meals if you eat them within half an hour or so AFTER you exercise. But please don't eat WHILE training. No buenoBe careful about eating too many eggs though, they are high in cholesterol and may cause problems for you down the road. Nah, you'll be fine. Quit thinking this. And tell your friends to quit as well. It's wrong.

Somehow I'm not actually getting my caloric surplus. I need to moniter my intake a little more closely. I've been pretty much just going for the "Eat everything" approach with a bit of "Eat as many Double Cheeseburgers as you can" thrown in there whenever I'm working... But it's obviously not enough, Unless The gauge in my scale is damaged and decreases the amount shown by the same ratio as my weight gain... (╬ ಠ益ಠ)
Probably not. I'm not eating enough, I'm not gaining at all
I just look and feel like hell for absolutely nothing. f#ck
