well it really depends...
if im trying to work on my explosive power i usually try to keep reps lower then 5 so i use weights, currently im at 1.4XBW with 3-5 reps, 4 sets
but when im just purely going for endurance i usually go for about 50 to 60 reps
just for shits and giggles i occasionally do clapping cock push ups and when i do these i get about 12 before i tucker out
but hey im progressing

I just got a pair of Feiyues and i like them alot, but a problem i have is that the lack of a heal makes my sweatpants just go straight over and land in the middle of my foot, i tryed rolling the sweat pants up a little but they just kept falling down, i cant stand training in shorts and i want to use the shoes i just don't really know what to do, any suggestions?

i have honestly never found your videos impressive before this one. you release them constantly and they were usually of flashy tricks with unfluid parkour, but i must say that this was incredibly impressive, your speed has improved, your parkour still has to gain fluidity but for a year its really impressive, and overall this was a great video, i feel as if your finally starting to move rather then perform tricks

Pistols-When i do my pistols i can go down till my heel and my but touch but i cannot keep my foot completely flat on the ground, i think i need to lean back more but i do not have the balance, do you guys know any exercises to work on this
Squats (With bar and weight)- when i do my squats, i have the same problem with pistols, i go up to much on my toes and need to work on it and i was wondering if anyone had a good tutorial for proper form on squats

also its vital to point out that in the uk, alot of the rooftops that you will see them training on are much smaller and closer to the ground because a lot of them are garage rooftops, most of the rooftops in videos in the US are relatively high up
