Yeah ty i drilled them alittle today and they are getting better.  Slowly but better.

  Ok so I haven't been able to do pop vaults normaly (lack of upper body steinght i think).  But today if found a wall that was at shoulder level.  And it has a mico ledge wich I use to help the pop in the pop vault.  My question is is the a bad way to train my pop vaults?

can you get us a picture of the spot(s)

How true that is... and food for thought... by a good pair of thermals like poly-p's.  Then you can train when its cold out.

the concert fell through and Emily still wants to hang with me.  SO... she comes first so idk if she would even be up for that.

Yeah, best way is to play it kool.    I mean one day i was actualy stoped wile setting up a camear for a vault and he was wondering if i was hurt.  In all actuality it was night and I was knelling.  He still stoped me but when I started into an explanation he realy didn't care almost to the point of rudeness.

Hey guys i am from Connersville IN... may head there to jam sometime.... you guys going to MI because i can't and will be in the area.

There is a gym here in connersville.  Its on Fridays 6-8 for $5.

I only have had minor sprains.... walk off in a few min/hours.
Unless you count shin splints...
OH well tehre was that one time where... I was starting to jumping hight and tryed to jump up on to something three feet high.  What happend is I landed on my toes and slid off and hit both of my shins right below the knee.  I think I had a minor fracture seeing how i taped them the next day and about passed out.

I used it so its about two inches down from my shoulders.    Thats after about three minutes of drilling.  Emagion what constaint drilling will do.

I have done them in a gym and over some coolers but never in a run.
