I forgot to take this down after i made the frontpage announcement Tongue

Until we have a solution for a video player, we have created a Community playlist in our YouTube channel. if you would like to upload your video just send the link to our youtube account with the subject "Community" and we will do the rest.

5  Support Center / FAQ / How do I submit my videos to the APK video player? on: February 08, 2009, 02:14:08 PM
To allow APK to display your video free of charge, follow the following steps:

1.Attach and send your video to AmericanPa927@console.smallrivers.net . the video must be .mov, .mpg, .avi, .3gp or .wmv and under 100MB. (To get your video looking it's best we suggest using the "iPod video" format. This is h.264 mp4 with AAC audio. Also, use the size 426x324)

2.Put your video title in the Email subject, and its description in the letter body.

3. Submit!

Remember, please only submit video YOU own the rights to.

8  Parkour and Freerunning / General Discussion / American Parkour video player on: February 03, 2009, 03:26:06 PM
In the next month APK will be launching it's own video player with the help of Smallrivers. As always, we want the content of APK to reflect the community and this player will be free to submissions  Grin
If you would like to include your video in the player's selection please send only one video attachment per E-mail to AmericanPa927@console.smallrivers.net. The subject of the email becomes the title of the video, and the body becomes the description. To get your video looking it's best we suggest using the "iPod video" format. This is h.264 mp4 with AAC audio. Also, use the size 426x324. This will give you the sharpest look, but we also accept .mov, .mpg, .avi, .3gp and .wmv file formats. All videos must be under 100MB.

Also please only submit video YOU own the rights to.

13  Parkour and Freerunning / General Discussion / Re: Knowing your limits? on: November 17, 2007, 01:10:38 PM
I always find myself progressing in 2 phases. Phase 1 is catching my physical ability up to my mental ability, filling in all the gaps in what i known i can do and doing away with all of the unnecessary fear. Once your physical ability matches your mental ability, your old goals become your new standards, and your mind will use those new standards as a guide for what you can accomplish.

Thats just how it seems to work with me, hope that helps.
