Guys im really sorry

This timing has been awful with work and the TX jam coming up.

I will not be able to train this week with anyone, i will be in tx this coming weekend from wed to monday for business and the jam.  I can't train tomorrow because I need to prep for travel.

Maybe next week we can arrange a time for all of us to get together?  how about next wed or thurs, perhaps?

I should be ok with that, if you don't mind meeting with me, a newcomer. Only thing I've been having problems with thus far are flips though.

Where do you usually meet?

im not gunna work flips with you since thats something i prefer to work in a gym and i still don't have very well myself yet....well i do....just not that level of comfort to teach them, especially outside.

Several places we can go, a park would probably be best, like memorial park playground so long as there are only a few kids around.

My names craig, I live up at inerquest and voyager, my brother and I train about everyday at keystone park on north union, about vickers and union after work. We are very new and have issues with alot of techniques. I'd love to train with anyone really so let me know when anyone wants to meet. 719-447-7665

How about tuesday, July 29 at Colorado College, Memorial Park playground or another small park?

I can run an informal training session where we can go over the basics on grass like rolls, the basic vaults over a picnic table, basic progressions for common techniques, etc.

I have this upcoming friday morning off, and maybe saturday, so let me know if maybe I can meet ya somewhere. Normally I meet at Cottonwood Creek, but a new job has been pulling me around, so I haven't been there in a while. :'(

But I digress. Please send me a message as well if you want to meet me somewhere friday, early. I work the night shift later so I can't stay forever, but up until 4:00 anywhere and I should be fine.

Unfortunately I work a regular schedule, monday through friday 8-5. I'm available pretty much any other time though, I'll send a message about maybe saturday. As for tuesday with chris, if it's after 5 i'm in.

OK, This wednesday I am willing to go to memorial park and show you guys some of the basics...this is going to be oriented towards people who are totally new.

Dang... I wish I could go, but I work until 9 pm that day.

My job sure loves scheduling me at the wrong times...  [WTF]

Hello everyone-
I'm Austin and new to the sport. I've been a spectator for years and finally have the motivation to try it. I live across the street from Cottonwood Creek Park and will probably start going there most nights. I've got the usual 8-5ish schedule also. I'm not in the best shape at the moment so I'm going to focus on that before I go to any jams or get crazy. I'll probably be running a lot in Palmer Park also. I grew up basically in the park so I feel at home vaulting rocks from time to time.

I thought I would introduce myself and ask any other beginners in Colorado Springs to let me know what days y'all usually get together or what have you.

Nice to meet all of you and I'll be trolling the boards for a while. :D

Hey all!  Been off the board for a while but nice to see some people on here talking about meeting up.  What's up with anyone this week and down the road?

this week is kinda hectic for me but im still training. i'll only be available thursday and saturday afternoon and next week ill be gone for a few days. if anyone can meet up on those days let me know im always looking for partners. later

We met up yesterday for some light training, nothing too intense but did some skill work.

I will keep posting up when I am training, even if its just me messing around in a local park doing balance circuits...

Keep in mind that I have put most of my hardcore PK training on hold as I am building my strength base from the ground up, so I am only training PK skills for a couple of days a week at this point in time.
