American Parkour

for those of you who are planning on coming to conditioning classes,

wednesdays and fridays are the days.
cost 15 drop in prepay 10 for 100 in cash or 110 online.  You can also pay for five in advance for 65.

the classes are going to be at the school mines this first week.  Remember that class starts tomorrow july 2nd.  at the school of mines.

I'm in! I just need directions and... if anyone is going there from Denver, can I maybe hitch a ride? I'm still in the process of getting mobile, and Golden is not very close to where I am... if anyone in the Denver area CAN give me a ride, let me know and I can meet up with you somewhere. I'd offer gas money, but I JUST started a new job yesterday and can't afford anything (including bills! >.<) until next Friday at the earliest. However, for those willing to be transport me, I have been known to be generous. (maybe $20 of 91 octane gas??) send me a PM asap! later..

sorry about lacking directions.  you want to go to golden via 6th avenue.  follow the signs to downtown golden/ coors.  go down the first right that says school of mines its fairly obvious you can see the school plainly 19th i think.  go to washington street and take a left.  go to 15th and take another left this leads up to a round about with street parking nearby.  there are three spires right near the round about in the park there.  that is the meeting place.  and remember 6 o'clock.

Matt! Today was sick! My achille's tendons' might as well be rebar for the time being, but man was it worth it... yes next wednesday at 6 at red rocks.   as far as paying goes yes google checkout is available.  just purchase a ten class package for the regular price and bring the receipt to conditioning class.  or bring cash for the whole amount and i put it down for you.

the conditioning classes are actually WEDNESDAY and friday at 6 pm.

hi this wednesday the 16th class is at redrocks we are going to meet at the bottom of the big stairs again.  aka near the trading post 720841 2303 if you get lost.  try to get there early as traffic can be difficult and so can navigating the park.  dont worry no shaolin action this week.  friday will be at mines.

I'm working doubles tomorrow and friday, so I won't be able to make it... >.< definitely try to next week though. Question: what about the Tues/Thurs classes starting on 7/22? are we just going to have classes Tues-Fri?

I'm guessing because the conditiong classes are only for like 2 more weeks.

Wed., July 23 - Red Rocks Amp - Meet at the top of the stairs/seating rows area

Fri., July 25 - Mines - Meet at the 3 spires.

I apologize because I'm new, but do you need to pay for the Mines on Friday? If so, is it the same as the amount at the beginning of this forum?

yay finally classes back up.  this wednesday the 20th will be at mines campus.  remember to be there early if it is your first time.  and always be on time as we often move from where we meet.

hey everyone class on the 17th is at red rocks. well finally have full run of the place again so this should be a good day of gauntlet type exercise.

todays class (oct 1st)  is at 8330 e. quincy ave.  the place where the pool is.  be ready to swim but dont worry the day is not a pool day.  so also be ready to run.  and jump.  and other stuff.

october the third class is at gymriki remember 6 o clock

today the 22nd class starts at wills house.  wills house is at 2267 s Lafayette st near the corner of Iliff and S Lafayette st

today the 29th oct.  class is at red rocks.  today will be a good class it will go into the dark hours so if yoou are concerned about that bring a flashlight.  otherwise we will use sight beyond sight from the eye of thundara.  HOOOOOO!!!

november the 5th class is at wills house.  this way if it snows no one will have to drive very far.

nov 7th friday.  8330 e. quincy ave.  the final swim.  maybe.  probably.  but yeah make sure your ready to swim but also ready to run and stuff.

tonights training is at redrocks once more.  we shall meet at the base of super stairs.  6pm.  sometimes similar but never the same.
