			<link>http://www.americanparkour.com/content/view/2199/315/</link>
			<description>
Here is a great video by APK member Argie showing some good training, that serves as a reminder that a solid foundation of the basics is important, and those skills should be frequently revisited. It as also worth more than a little mention that Argie is a member of our 30+ club, and that this video demonstrates that with dedicated training, profficent skill in parkour is obtainable by anyone, and it's never to late to start training!

			<title>Miami Parkour Performs at NBC Health Expo</title>
			<link>http://www.americanparkour.com/content/view/2235/315/</link>
			<description>
Our friends down at MIAPK (www.miapk.com) recently had their first team performance at the Miami Beach Convention center. It was for the NBC health and fitness expo and the event went great! This demonstration was a very last minute stretch by the client, as they contacted Miami Parkour about 24 hours before the performance, but they pulled it off. They even ended up having to bring blocks from their gymnastics school to have something to perform on at least! Great work guys, way to pull it together with no planning or equipment until the day before the event!

			<title>APK Alliance Freerunning Tutorials</title>
			<link>http://www.americanparkour.com/content/view/2157/318/</link>
			<description> The members of the APK Alliance have noticed that the Tutorials section of APK, while covering most of the essential &amp;#39;moves&amp;#39; for parkour, was lacking in tutorials for those who would like to do more elaborate movements for Freerunning. Thus, they will be adding step by step guides and videos for a variety of movements each week. Be sure to keep an eye here and on the APK Tutorials Page (content/category/4/73/305/) for these additions. This weeks new tutorial: Sit Turn Tutorial (content/view/2223/273/) By Jereme Zujitsu Sanders </description>
