Real Life Super Hero learns Parkour

Crimson FIst
On August 31st, Real Life Super Hero "The Crimson Fist" attended his first class in parkour with APK ambassador Howard Palmer. The Crimson Fist is a homelessness relief and public safety advocate in Atlanta, GA. He was profiled by CBS; his interview can be seen here.

While training, The Crimson Fist said, "I'm just a guy looking out for his people." His goal for his first session was to learn efficiency in movement. Howard spent two hours teaching him basics like the kong, dash, lazy, climb-up, cat, and tic-tac.

Thank you, Crimson Fist. APK supports your efforts and your mission and hope that learning parkour enhances your ability to do what's right!
