Take part in today's Workout of the Day
To qualify for the prize, you must make a video of the workout. For each of your 100 reps, they must be done with good form and precision, don't count bad reps!
You need to set a suitable level for yourself, it should be challenging to very challenging to complete.
Today's challenge is based on precision jumps, head to the WOD to see the challenge and suggested scales.
Winner will be selected from everyone who completes 100 good reps of the movement and has video to prove it. Videos must be posted to APK's Facebook post of this challenge by no later than 12:00PM PST 8/6/2012.
*Gift certificate is good for APK brand merchandise and up to one pair of Feiyue training shoes.
