"Bring your friends and family to play in Seattle’s only Parkour gym! We’ll have games and challenges for people of all ages and skill levels, a Parkour demonstration, a brief introduction to Parkour and our programs, and a potluck dinner. Everyone will also have an opportunity to win one of several awesome door prizes. Come play and eat with us!" - Parkour Visions

The event will be on October 14th and it starts at 3:00 P.M with an open house. You will have three hours to play on any of their equipment. In addition to this the PKV staff will be available to help you out.

After the free play is over their will be a Parkour demo. It's designed to give people a front row seat to live, high level Parkour. Immediately after Parkour Visions Executive Director Tyson Cecka and Lead Instructor Rafe Keley will talk briefly about parkour and about Parkour Visions’ new program offerings.

The next hour is all fun and games. Everyone will be encouraged to play Parkour games, such as add-on on the scaffolding, follow the leader, balance games, and more.

Then at 7:30 it's time to eat. Bring in a potluck dish to share with everyone. If you don't have time/knowledge to cook don't worry. Bring in five dollars and you can have some home cooked meals. Then at 8:30 there will be a prize drawing with prizes donated by lots of local bussinesses.

The new gym is located on the north edge of Queen Anne near the intersection of 12th and W Nickerson St. It’s just East of the Ballard Bridge (15th) with bike access and on the 17 and 31 Metro bus lines (with more bus lines on 15th). The official address is 1210 W Nickerson St Seattle, WA 98119.
