APK Warmup

Workout: 3 rounds, 21-15 and 9 reps each of

L-Pullups

Handstand Pushups  

Post time to comments

Substitutions:

Regular pullups, Jumping or assisted pullups +  Leg lifts 1/1,  L-Holds 5 pullups + 5 second hold, Bent-knee holds 5/5

Handstand Pushup Negatives, Inclined-foot pushups, Regular Pushups, Knee Pushups, Raised torso pushups

oh man, I did sooo many L-sit pullups yesterday. Will see how many i can even get in a row today! haha. 
 
and handstand pushups.... ugh, that is all :)

14:25 I subbed jumping kips for the L's and I was able to do a few reg push ups and then finished them out on my knees, I also held the L position alternating 1 leg out at a time and then sometimes 2 for 21,15,9 seconds. I also subbed arms for gloves in the title. :grin

Did pull ups with knees bent.

Couldnt completely finish the handstand pushups (well i did but they were "fake") 
 
took me all of 6 minutes and a few seconds to complete this!

APK W/U + only had time for 2 rounds, subbed machine assisted pullups for L pullups, V pushups for handstand pushups. 15:24. Felt pretty tired from the getgo. 
 
Last week I discovered crossfit and started this Parkour WOD thing. I probably did more pullups in that 1 week than in the entire year prior. My former fresh max (4) is now how many I can do tired. Whew, these are great, keep 'em coming. I can't wait to try a new fresh max once my body adjusts to these kinds of workouts.

our gym was closed so i had to do them on my bed frame, so i did army style pullups, just under ten min

bleh im behind, did and unofficial 5k from yesterday in like 25 minutes (though i think i ran a lot farther then 3 miles) and i am beat from my dance rehearsal today, i have to lift like 6 girls in a row...

I did chin ups instead of pullups cause i want to work some other areas right now.

Im gonna be up late with a homework project tonight, had class and work all day. Ill do this one next rest day.

Going to knock out my Country Profile for "Egypt up to the 17th century" for my Arab World class and then hit up this rockin' workout :] 
 
Hope to have this done in at least 2 hours!

also did 1 hr. breakdancing, 1 hr. dodgeball

My legs dropped in nearly all the L-pullups so I followed them up with some leg lifts. 
Couldn't manage more than 1 or 2 handstand pushups each set today, so mostly negatives. 
Anyway, total time around 20 minutes
